What Methods of Payment Do We Accept?
Hunter NY* accepts all electronic payments through PayPal. You can pay with your credit card through the PayPal site whether or not you have an account, and it’s quite easy to set up. Money orders and personal checks are also accepted, but items cannot ship until your check clears. Also, items paid by PayPal eChecks will not ship until PayPal clears the funds (usually this takes 4-6 days. If you have questions about online payment through PayPal, just contact Hunter NY* for assistance.
Telephone, Postal Mail, Fax, and Email orders are not accepted.

Do We Ship Internationally?
Yes, we do take overseas orders. Hunter NY* items are shipped via USPS International First Class. If the order is large (over $200.00) we insure and confirm delivery at no extra cost.
How Long Until Your Items Arrive?
Hunter NY* items usually ship within 7/14 business days of order placement.
If an item has a longer lead-time, or is custom made, this will be noted on it’s detail page, so that you can be made aware prior to adding it to your cart.

What Type of Shipping and Handling Do You Offer?
All items are shipped via USPS/Ups/FedEx.
We offer a refund/return policy on the full price of the item if it is are unused and in saleable condition within two weeks of ship receipt. We do not refund shipping. We reserve the right to deny returns if the item has been worn or used and is no longer in new or saleable condition. Hunter NY* strives to make your shopping experience a happy one. Please note that we ship with delivery confirmation, and cannot be held responsible for missing or lost items if the item has been sent to the correct address. If you would like to insure the item for a small extra fee, please contact us so that we may update your invoice. All Custom Orders are non-refundable.
